How long will it take to receive my order?
On average processing takes 1-5 business days and delivery takes up to 10 business days. In total that is up to 15 business days from the time we receive payment until it arrives at your shipping destination.
Often times the shipping process is much faster and it only takes 7 days from the time we process your order, however we reserve the right to take up to 14 business days because at times there are circumstances out of control that delay the shipping process. Rest assured, we make every attempt to get your order to you as fast as possible
When do I get my tracking number?
We provide tracking # to orders of $85 of value or more. As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will immediately add that information to your order as well as email it to you. For orders less than $85 of value we offer Registered Airmail US$ 1.50 & 7-15 business days.With tracking number
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal (We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses)
When do I receive my refund?
We process all refunds within 24 hours. If you paid using PayPal, all refunds are immediate and you should see it in your account.
There is a problem with the product I have received, what should I do?
1. Should you receive the incorrect product, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item.

I made a mistake with my order and it's status says Shipped, what should I do?
At this point the item has already left the warehouse and we cannot make changes to the order. Please wait until you receive your product, then login to your account and fill out a Return Request. You can find the Return Request form by logging into your account, beside your order there is a "Return" button. Fill out the form on the following page.
